We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our office in Montclair Village, Oakland. You have excellent administrative skills, office support, time management and project management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with social media tools for outreach and publicity purposes and ability to compile and format data. Requires a proactive, creative and solution/results-oriented professional. Experience creating event flyers and brochures with Publisher or other software applications a bonus.
