Brenda Wyatt is a Senior Loan Officer with Holmgren & Associates. With over 10 years of experience, Brenda continually educates herself in the ever changing market place to enable her to assist her clients achieve their financial goals and dreams on one of the most important and expensive decisions they will ever make – their mortgage. Brenda’s goal is to exceed customers’ expectations with quick, efficient, and professional work. Her kindness and understanding enables her to navigate her clients through any obstacles and provides them with the right tool to fit their needs. She works with all types of borrowers, but specializes in making mortgages easy for borrowers with complex financials.. Brenda finds the mortgage business very rewarding and challenging especially when she can help clients find financing that will help purchase their first home or refinance their mortgage to renovate, pay for college expenses, or just lower their current expenses. Brenda holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Dominican University, San Rafael. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as running, biking and rebounding basketballs for her sons Dylan & Dejon. Brenda participates in the San Francisco Aids Marathon. The world beckons Brenda and family as they enjoy traveling someplace new every year.
