Paula Harrell, Mortgage and Equity Planner

With more than 15 years of professional experience in the Real Estate industry, Paula has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skill in the areas of real estate finance, management and investment. Her main focus is in mortgage finance, which she has been practicing for 6 years, specializing in residential loans for first time home purchases, refinances and novice and seasoned investors. She is also well versed in FHA loans and 203K rehabilitation programs, which are helping when purchasing homes in need of significant repair. Paula’s edge is her personality and skill. She gets along well with most, is patient, actively listens to client needs and does well in placing them in the best products for their particular profiles, in a professional and efficient manner.

Paula’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in small business management & marketing from San Francisco State University. Paula spent 6 months in a study abroad program in Madrid, Spain and is fairly fluent in Spanish. Finally, Paula holds a Professional Real Estate license from the California Department of Real Estate and will be obtaining her Broker’s License in November, 2009
