Sheila Perez brings over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry to the Holmgren team. She has a long history of working with borrowers in purchase and refinance transactions. Sheila is very familiar with all aspects of lending primarily because of the many years she spent as a Senior loan processor. She specializes in first-time home buyer programs and government loans which include Reverse Mortgages. She is fluent in English and Spanish and uses these abilities to reach a wide variety of customers.
